Graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Soil and Crop Sciences and a Masters of Natural Resources Stewardship in Rangeland Science. Strong background in revegetation with over 15 years of experience in reclamation project management, ecological mitigation and monitoring, and team supervision including mine reclamation, oil and gas exploration, energy development, erosion control, pipeline revegetation, agricultural and open space projects.
John Graves
Agronomist, Vice President
Graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agronomy. Mr. Graves specialized in Mine Land Reclamation, began his career at the Climax Mine and established Native Seeders in 1978. In 2001, John received the “Outstanding Conservationist of the Year” award from the Fort Collins Soil Conservation District.
Brenda Graves
Accounting, Treasurer
Helped to establish Native Seeders in 1978. Successful history of project estimating and coordination.
Bill Graves
Operations Manager, Secretary
More than ten years of revegetation experience in Colorado and Wyoming. Well accustomed to various reclamation activities and the operation of farm and reclamation equipment.
